Maddie is a Licensed Master Social Worker with degrees from Columbia University and Lehigh University.

Naiylah (Nai for short!) was born and raised in Brooklyn, where she learned the importance of grit, humor and kindness. Her therapeutic style is conversational, empowering, and nurturing. She takes a spiritual approach to matters of life with a belief that personal growth can also be fun! Naiylah is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with degrees from Philadelphia University and Long Island University.

Dr. Rachel

Dr. Rachel is an expert in sex and relationships, and the author of 'Dating and Mating in a Techno-Driven World', which looks at the role technology plays in interpersonal relationships. Her research is in the impact that phone use plays on intimacy in relationships. Dr. Rachel is a PhD and Licensed Clinical Social Worker with degrees from Widener University and Yeshiva University Wurzweiler’s School of Social Work.

Dr. Nina

Dr. Nina provides her expertise on how mental health is being addressed in the medical field. She is a psychiatrist and professor at Stanford, where she is the Founder and Executive Director of Brainstorm: The Stanford Lab for Mental Health Innovation. She has served as a healthcare advisor to the United Nations, the World Health Organization's Director-General's Office, and the Obama and Biden presidential campaigns. Dr. Vasan earned an AB in Government from Harvard College, graduating as one of Glamour Magazine's Top 10 College Women, MD from Harvard Medical School, MBA from Stanford Graduate School of Business, and completed Psychiatry Residency at Stanford School of Medicine, where she was Chief Resident.

Ariela Safira

Ariela Safira

Founder & Chief Executive Officer

Starting off at IDEO, Ariela researched and developed new concepts to approach mental wellbeing. Then, joining Cityblock, she built their first health clinic in Brooklyn, NY. After earning a BS in Mathematics and Computational Science from Stanford, she joined Columbia’s Clinical Psychology program to train as a therapist and left the program to launch Zeera. She’s biked across multiple countries fundraising for suicide prevention, received the 2019 American Psychiatric Association’s Innovation Award, and Inc’s Top 100 Female Founders.
